It is in the gated community of Tuscan Hills located in Davenport on Highway 27, close to Highway 192 and only minutes from the Interstate 4. This means that Orlando International airport is a mere 30-minute drive from our Villa and Walt Disney World is only 10 minutes away!
Tuscan Hills provides the following on-site facilities: Club House with Gym, Tennis Court, Volley Ball Court and a Children’s play area.
The villa is superbly furnished to a superior standard and can sleep up to 12 adults! It is fully equipped with all the expected modern amenities including 5 large bedrooms (2 master suites, 1 queen sized double room and 2 twin bedded rooms), 3.5 bathrooms (2 en-suite, 1 family bathroom and a downstairs WC), fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar (and of course a large American fridge/freezer!), a queen sized sofa bed in the living room, games room, cable TV, Playstation2 (with games), DVD (with a selection of films), Compact disc player & air conditioning.
